Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before using our mobile applications and services (the "Service") operated by Yoya Mobile Teknoloji Anonim Şirketi.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.

1. Use of Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must be at least 13 years old or have parental/guardian consent to use our app.

2. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in the app. Subscriptions may be managed and canceled through your Apple/Google account.

Prices and features are subject to change with or without notice. We will inform you of major changes through app updates or notifications.

3. User Content

By uploading content (e.g., images or text), you grant us the right to use and process that content for the purpose of providing the Service. You retain all ownership rights to your content.

We do not store face or image data permanently; content is processed temporarily and automatically deleted after generation unless otherwise stated.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and software associated with the app are the property of Yoya Mobile Teknoloji A.Ş. and are protected under intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

5. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of the Terms.

6. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Yoya Mobile Teknoloji A.Ş. shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in-app or on our website. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
