3. SUBSCRIPTION TERMS & AUTO-RENEWAL

All subscriptions to apps are managed with transparency and user control in mind:

  • Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period (weekly or yearly) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

  • Payment Management: Payments are processed via the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or our Merchant of Record, Paddle, depending on your point of purchase.

  • Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device’s Account Settings or the link provided in your purchase confirmation email.

  • No Partial Refunds: Upon cancellation, you will retain access to all Premium features until the end of your current billing cycle.

4. PRICE VARIATIONS & ADJUSTMENTS

At Yoya Mobile, we strive to provide fair pricing to our global community:

  • Currency and Regional Pricing: Please note that the final price may vary depending on your country of residence. Prices are subject to local currency conversion rates, VAT, and regional taxes as required by local law. The exact price will be displayed in your local currency before you confirm the purchase.

  • Right to Change Prices: Yoya Mobile reserves the right to change the pricing of its subscription plans at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to active subscribers in advance via email or in-app notifications. New prices will only apply to the next billing cycle following the notice.

5. SECURE PAYMENTS

Your security is our priority. All transactions are encrypted and processed by industry-leading payment providers. Yoya Mobile does not store your credit card information on its servers. For web-based purchases, Paddle acts as our authorized reseller and handles all billing inquiries and compliance.

6. FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I switch from Weekly to Yearly? Yes, you can upgrade to the Yearly plan at any time through your account settings to take advantage of the better value.

Does my subscription work on multiple devices? Yes, as long as you are logged into the same account, your Colorify Premium status will be recognized across all supported devices.

What happens if I cancel? Your account will revert to the "Free" version at the end of the paid period. You will keep the pages you have already created, but new generations and HD exports will be limited.
